GARMENT CARE

Gentle care keeps
the thread beautiful.

Always follow the care label supplied with your exact piece. Use this guide as a cautious starting point whenever the embroidery needs extra attention.

01

Check before washing

Confirm the fabric composition and care label first. Test colourfastness on a hidden area when appropriate. Pieces with dense work, embellishment, delicate fabric or uncertain colourfastness are safer with a trusted professional cleaner.

02

If hand washing is allowed

Turn the garment inside out. Use cool water and a small amount of mild detergent. Avoid soaking for long periods, scrubbing the embroidered surface or mixing deep colours with lighter garments.

03

Dry without stress

Do not wring or twist embroidered areas. Press out water gently between clean towels, reshape the garment and dry away from harsh direct sunlight. Use a supportive hanger only when the wet fabric will not stretch.

04

Iron from the reverse

Use the temperature recommended for the fabric. Place a clean cotton cloth between the iron and garment, work from the reverse side and avoid pressing embroidery flat with heavy pressure.

05

Store clean and breathable

Store only when completely dry. Fold heavy embroidered pieces with soft tissue or breathable cotton between layers. Avoid long-term storage in tightly sealed plastic and keep the garment away from dampness.

IMPORTANT

Every piece can be different

Fabric, dye, embroidery density and added embellishments change the safest care method. If the supplied care label conflicts with this general guide, follow the label. Contact us with the product SKU whenever you need piece-specific help.
